Yes! All of our bracelets are 100% waterproof. Shower, swim, scuba dive, our bracelets can withstand it all!
What app do I install?
No app required! Our bracelets are designed to work without an application on your phone.
Do you offer returns/ exchanges?
Yep! We have a 30 day return policy on all of our bracelets. If you'd like to exchange yours, contact our customer support team to get that started.

Will it work with my phone?
Our bracelets are designed to work with both iPhone & Android devices. While 98% of devices work, you just need to make sure your device has an NFC reader on it. A quick google of your phones model will tell you.

Hi there Miranda! I'm sorry you received a defective bracelet. I will say, and our other glow in the dark reviews can attest to this, that our bracelets do glow in the dark very well so definitely reach out to our customer support team to get an exchange done.
