At Free Luma we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality bracelets. We stand behind our products and want you to have a positive and satisfying experience with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30 day warranty on all of our bracelets.

Our warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. If you experience any issues with your bracelet, please contact us at warranty@freeluma.com. We will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear, loss or theft, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care or handling. Warranty claims are reviewed in the order in which they are delivered back to us. This can take time to process.
