Where do you ship from?
We ship from our office in Spokane, Washington next day (same day if your order is placed before 11AM PST time)
Are your bracelets waterproof?
Yes! All of our bracelets are 100% waterproof. Shower, swim, scuba dive, our bracelets can withstand it all!
What app do I install?
No app required! Our bracelets are designed to work without an application on your phone.

Yes, we have many options to contact our support team whether it be calling, emailing or using our live chat service.

Will it work with my phone?
Our bracelets are designed to work with both iPhone & Android devices. While 98% of devices work, you just need to make sure your device has an NFC reader on it. A quick google of your phones model will tell you.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can manage your subscription and cancel or skip a month when needed!
Can I choose my bracelets?
With our Monthly Bracelet Club, we do not offer the ability to choose which bracelets you will receive. Each month we send out three random bracelets, some being ones we don't sell on our website and are only offered to our monthly bracelet club members!
