Return/Refund Policy

All Free Luma bracelets are able to be returned and refunded within 30 days of receiving. To request a return please reach out to orders@freeluma.com

Customers are also responsible for any return costs for exchanges or returns and we cover the cost of reshipment.

Warranty
All Free Luma jewelry comes with a 30 day warranty, should any defects arise please reach out to orders@freeluma.com and our warranty team will assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at orders@freeluma.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should your order be damaged upon delivery, we require an email be sent to orders@freeluma.com with a photo showing the defect within 2 days of delivery stamp on the tracking #. 

International Orders
All returns for international orders are not covered by Free Luma, should you need to return a piece you will be responsible for the shipping back to us. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards..

Bulk Orders
We offer a 15 day return/refund policy for bulk or wholesale orders. For orders containing 15 or more bracelets, a 10% restocking fee as well as the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund should a return be requested. 

Expedited Shipping Options

Upgraded expedited shipping will not be refunded should a return be requested. These include but are not limited to paid USPS Priority Shipping, UPS Second Day or UPS Overnight shipping.

Exchange Policy

All Free Luma bracelets are able to be exchanged within 30 days of receiving. To request a return please reach out to orders@freeluma.com. 

This rule does not apply to our bracelet club members unless a defective item is sent. We do not offer style or design changes for bracelet club shipments. Customers are also responsible for any return costs for exchanges or returns and we cover the cost of reshipment.

Bracelet Club

You can cancel your Bracelet Club subscription so long as one additional billing cycle has past after the first order placed. Please allow 48 hours for cancellation processing—if you cancel less than two days before the 1st of the month, you’ll still receive that month’s bracelet. 

Monthly subscriptions only: Monthly paid subscriptions are required to complete one additional subscription month past the original purchase prior to cancelling.

NFC Functionality Returns

Our bracelets use NFC functionality to connect to our platform, returns can be made at the cost of the customer if due diligence was not done to ensure the phone being used was NFC compatible. 

Canada Orders

Canada orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours after placing the order.  After 4 hours our Canada team picks and packs orders at which point we are unable to cancel an order.
